Alexis didn’t bother putting her hands up, she slowly pushed her self up from leaning on her desk, and yawned slightly before looking at Clara “ healing…is healing one?” she asked but of the blue.
When she came to this class at the begging she had set her mind to sleep and mess around, not answer the questions. What went wrong? It was a long shot and she didn’t know if it was the answer…but still spoke up.
“ yes I know big shock she answer…” she mumbled before going back to being half asleep at her desk.

His eyes locked onto Rose's as Maddie provoked his mother. She never did it on purpose but it always made him worry whenever she spoke of cancer or anything that would remind her other of anything.
Jack grinned. It was pretty sad. Clara had just said healing, just with bigger words. He avoided laughing at the class. Probably one was telepathy or telekinesis or something and the other was something to do with physical powers. At least that's what he guessed. Or maybe elemental powers or something... whatever worked. Jack turned to face Clara, "so what'd you get on your last test?"

Fox noodded as the teacher got his name correct. "Yeah, everyone calls me Fox, if you don't mind please." He said as he shifted around, suddenly feeling rather unwelcome, the voice in his head making him feel so much more so and unwanted.
In the back of his mind when he heard Clara's answer he thought back to classes back in Florida, biology and anatomy mostly. He frowned when he heard the teacher criticizing her, she was right, he did a paper on that. But with this woman running the class, lord knows he wouldn't speak up in her defense.

Clara's eyes fixed on Lexi a look of surprise on her face then she shrugged her shoulders. "Yeah I guess." Clara had a way of never saying a student was wrong. She did not really believe in that. Instead she would give them assignments whether they answered wrong or right. " The other two might surprise all of you..." She started casually walking around the class.
"Metamorphosis... Yes ladies and gentleman. The power to change from one thing to another ...like Tobias for instance. That falls under the catagory of regeneration As well as the capability to stop aging." This brought to mind Alec and a soft smile slipped onto her face. "I'd like to give you all you're assignments now. I will expect them in two weeks. Now Lexi you will have no excuses." She narrowed her eyes at Lexi.
"Lex ,Madison and Seth will do the Liver and kindneys. Tobias, I'd like you to explain your powers in detail. Jason ... You too will do your powers in detail please. Rose and Fox will do Regeneration and Jack and Clara will work on your theory about the skin and its regenerative purposes. Lexi and Tyson will explain Aging." She finished. "Now can I trust you all to behave and get to your assignments while I go and get papers and assignments printed. "
Rose nodded at her mother then turned back to Fox smiling softly. Tyson turned to Lexi and smirked. Madison grimanced at her paring and sighed. Clara then nodded and glanced around the group. "Right I will be back soon. Lexi! If I find my class in uproar again like last time ... unlike last time I will strangle you this time." Clara gathered some of her papers and headed out the classroom door.
Madison slipped into her bag and toke out some of her books. Tyson on the other hand got up and walked over to Lexi. "So what exactly do we do?" He asked softly crouching down beside her table. Jason gathered his bag and walked past Lexi. "Cover for me will ya. Tell her I'm sick or something...Think of something." He said walking out backwards.
Rose got up then over to Jack. She slipped in behind him and gave him a kiss on the cheek. "Miss me?" She purred then flicked his nose.

"My powers?" Tobias said as he let his eyes shoot wide open and his lips suddenly were suddenly between his teeth as he bit down. "How am I meant to explain what It is when not even I know exactly how it works for Christ sake." He continued to mutter before looking down at his bare feet and sighing. "Ah Madison Cover for me i need to test something on my powers," he said as eh looked around the room his eyes for just a moment seeming to catch a shadowy figure in the corner of the room. But before they could even focuses in it was gone. And Tobias thought it only a figment of his imagination as he went to open one window and began to morph. His body soon being replaced with that of a falcon and he threw him self out the window and in to the air.

"What do you think I got." She whispered back confidently. She liked that Clara was a bit rough on her as a teacher, made her work that much harder, made her learn that much more, but she'd always been up to the challenge.
She smiled when she heard Mrs. Murdock assigning her with Jack, they always worked well together. "So, are you actually going to work on this? Or will I be saving your butt again?" She teased as she leaned forward a bit, only to move back at Rose coming to see her brother. "Rose I love what you did with your hair." She said with a smile.

Fox saw the smile as he looked to the girl that he was assigned with, in his mind cursing his own bad luck for not being paired with Clara instead. When he saw Rose getting up to go to Jack he moved some of his things, having being seated just next to Rose's brother. Though he tried not to, seeing Rose treet Jack as she did caused a slight laugh, which he quickly silenced. He watched the three, not wanting to be the party pooper.

"Miss you? Eww. No. Why would I do that?" Jack teased Rose as he got up and gave her a great bearhug. "...Okay, maybe a little." He said before turning towards Clara, "and I will mildly attempt to work today....but tomorrow might be different. I might need my butt saved then." He smirked at her. "So you and the new guy, eh?" Jack gave a nod towards Devon as he gave a friednly smile at him, speaking to Rose.
